E3 English learning programme is scalable and it has proven its scalability factor in academic, technical and fiscal indicators. The digital programme was scaled up to 16000 primary schools which had over 200000 computers. As the project is FOSS based the cost of development was considerably low. The platform can be scaled up to cater a larger student populace. The digital content and the activities are based on the learning outcomes, themes and subthemes detailed in the National and State curricula. This platform is designed in such a manner that it can be easily replicated in other States and countries across different school educational contexts
